Bio

Hailing from Saint-Albert, Quebec, Labbé enjoyed a meteoric rise in motorsports after beginning his career in stock-car racing. In 2014, he became the youngest driver to win the ACT Series. In 2016, he did his first complete NASCAR Pinty’s Series and, the following year, won that Series. In 2018, Labbé joined the NASCAR Xfinity Series and earned his place as one of the top 20 best drivers. The talented driver is currently ranked 19th in the overall standings, with 12 top 10 spots to his credit. An astonishing feat, given the size of the team and the means Labbé and the DGM Racing banner have at their disposal. It just shows the magnitude of this driver’s talent.

When he was just six years old, Labbé was already dreaming of a career at the wheel of a single-seater race car. His idols were Patrick Carpentier, Alex Tagliani and Jacques Villeneuve.

Since the road to Formula Indy and Formula 1 is reserved for the wealthy, Labbé set his sights on NASCAR. He climbed the ladder steadily, demonstrating his skill and smarts each rung of the way.

Labbé has always surrounded himself with  Quebec-based people and companies who have faith in him and his huge potential to break into the Top 10 of the NASCAR Xfinity Series. Taking a methodical and thoughtful approach  to his career goals, Labbé is hoping to land the car that will help him win every week. After  that achievement gets crossed off his list, he intends to tackle the next rung of the ladder:  the NASCAR Cup Series.
